Commission Enquires and Booking

Animal Portraits

Creating animal portraits is a very personal thing and I look forward to working with each individual client to discuss requirements before I start the portrait. Prices are usually fixed but are subject to change depending on the complexity of the artwork which will be discussed with clients before work begins (e.g. adding a background or more than 1 subject.)

Providing quality photographs is essential for a high quality animal portrait. Here is a simple guide to help you take the best possible photos for your future artwork.

Your animal portrait will be created using high quality Derwent graphite pencils on smooth paper to ensure a lasting piece of artwork that you can cherish forever. Artwork comes unframed but I am happy to help in choosing a frame that will best suit the artwork and clients interests, however this is not reflected in the prices below and can be discussed when booking your commission.

Below are my current prices for animal portrait commissions:
A4 size (black and white drawing) - £439
A4 size (colour drawing) - £489

Prices above are for 1 subject, please add 15% for 2 subjects and 10% per subject thereafter.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking (please note this is non refundable once your drawing has been started).

The balance is only paid when you are 100% happy with the work and before shipping.
